This prepares your body and mind for the Yin Yoga practice that follows.
The deep, long-held, passive stretches effectively release tension in your muscles, fascia and nervous system — and help your body learn to handle stress more efficiently.

FLOW to YIN is the ideal balance for athletes, for anyone who sits a lot at work, or anyone with repetitive daily movement patterns.

Take your outdoor sports to the next level with Yoga


This class is designed for all outdoor athletes — climbers, mountaineers, ski tourers, cyclists, surfers and anyone who spends their time in the mountains or on the move.

My targeted yoga program is built to increase your performance and recovery, develop functional strength, and refine your breathing and focus.
A flexible, well-mobilized body can be trained on a completely different level — and your muscles need the ability to relax after load just as much as they need power. Stretching plays a crucial role in that.

Through Yoga you can improve joint mobility, strengthen tendons and muscle chains, and significantly reduce — or even fully eliminate — muscle cramps.

Level: basic athletic fitness recommended :-)
