This session is aimed at people who perform a lot in their daily lives – physically or mentally – and are consciously seeking a calm counterpoint.
In Slow Flow we move slowly and
controlled by flowing sequences.
The focus is on mobility and gentle activation.
and conscious movement – without performance pressure, without complex sequences,
with time to feel it.
The second part of the lesson focuses on extensive stretching .
Positions are held still to relieve muscles, joints and fascia and to give the body space to regenerate.
Slow Flow & Stretch is especially suitable for those who:
Working a lot or training regularly
want to consciously give their body balance
want to stay mobile or rediscover ease of movement
This session is calm, relaxing, yet active – ideal for stepping out of the constant "doing" and giving the body exactly what it needs.

VINYASA FLOW - Strength & Control
Monday 7:15 PM - 8:30 PM Lions Pavilion Seefeld
This class is for anyone who longs for a powerful, flowing workout and consciously creates time for themselves on the mat.
We work with dynamic Vinyasa flows ,
which are built up step by step.
The focus is on strength, stability, body control and clean alignment – combined with fluid transitions and conscious breathing.
Elements such as core work, balance, holding positions or arm balances can be part of the lesson and will be clearly explained.
Music supports the flow without dictating the rhythm – you move at your own pace, not according to a fixed choreography.
Vinyasa Flow – Strength & Control is particularly suitable
for sporty participants who:
want to challenge themselves physically

FUNCTIONAL YOGA - Full body workout

Functional yoga is a powerful full-body workout with a focus on stability, mobility, and functional movement.
In this unit, we combine strengthening exercises, dynamic sequences, and short, more intense exertion phases.
In addition to strength and flexibility, endurance is also specifically trained – in a controlled, efficient and practical way for everyday life.
The focus is on core stability, leg and shoulder strength, and clean movement quality.
The lesson is varied, challenging and clearly structured – without choreography and without spiritual overarching.
Functional yoga is particularly suitable for:

all those who want to combine strength, endurance and flexibility in a meaningful way

This class combines powerful, functional movement sequences.

An active way to unwind for everyone who performs well – both at work and in sports.
The focus is on:

The first part of the lesson is dynamic and demanding: a clearly structured flow that trains strength, coordination and endurance.
In the second part, we deliberately slow down and work with active and passive stretching to allow muscles, fascia and nervous system to regenerate.
FLOW & STRETCH is ideal for:

The focus is on activating the deep muscles –
especially the midsection. Through controlled,
