Slow Flow & Deep Stretch

SLOW FLOW & STRETCH

Monday 5:30 PM - 6:45 PM Löwen Pavillon Seefeld

This session is aimed at people who perform a lot in their daily lives – physically or mentally – and are consciously seeking a calm counterpoint.

In Slow Flow we move slowly and

controlled by flowing sequences.
The focus is on mobility and gentle activation.
and conscious movement
– without performance pressure, without complex sequences,

with time to feel it.

The second part of the lesson focuses on extensive stretching .


Positions are held still to relieve muscles, joints and fascia and to give the body space to regenerate.

Slow Flow & Stretch is especially suitable for those who:

  • Working a lot or training regularly

  • want to consciously give their body balance

  • want to stay mobile or rediscover ease of movement

This session is calm, relaxing, yet active – ideal for stepping out of the constant "doing" and giving the body exactly what it needs.
which is often neglected in everyday life.


Suitable for all levels.

Vinyasa Flow
VINYASA FLOW - Strength & Control

Monday 7:15 PM - 8:30 PM Lions Pavilion Seefeld

This class is for anyone who longs for a powerful, flowing workout and consciously creates time for themselves on the mat.

We work with dynamic Vinyasa flows ,
which are built up step by step.

The focus is on strength, stability, body control and clean alignment – combined with fluid transitions and conscious breathing.

Elements such as core work, balance, holding positions or arm balances can be part of the lesson and will be clearly explained.

Music supports the flow without dictating the rhythm – you move at your own pace, not according to a fixed choreography.

Vinyasa Flow – Strength & Control is particularly suitable
for sporty participants who:

  • want to challenge themselves physically

  • Enjoy dynamic movement

  • want to combine strength and agility

  • Use yoga as an active counterbalance to everyday life

The lesson is demanding, but clearly structured and easy to understand.


Suitable for both beginners and advanced athletes.

Functional Yoga
FUNCTIONAL YOGA - Full body workout

Wednesday 9:30 - 10:45 Löwen Pavillon Seefeld

Functional yoga is a powerful full-body workout with a focus on stability, mobility, and functional movement.

In this unit, we combine strengthening exercises, dynamic sequences, and short, more intense exertion phases.

In addition to strength and flexibility, endurance is also specifically trained – in a controlled, efficient and practical way for everyday life.

The focus is on core stability, leg and shoulder strength, and clean movement quality.
The lesson is varied, challenging and clearly structured – without choreography and without spiritual overarching.

Functional yoga is particularly suitable for:

  • athletic people looking for an effective full-body workout

  • all those who want to combine strength, endurance and flexibility in a meaningful way

  • Participants who want to experience yoga in a modern, functional, and performance-oriented way

This unit is active, dynamic, and energetic –

Ideal as a training session during the week or as a complement to other sports.

Suitable for all levels.
Exercises are explained clearly and adapted as needed.

Flow & Stretch
FLOW & STRETCH

Mobility - Strength - Active Recovery

Thursday 7:30 PM - 8:45 PM Löwen Pavillon Seefeld

This class combines powerful, functional movement sequences.
with targeted mobilization and deep stretching.
An active way to unwind for everyone who performs well – both at work and in sports.

The focus is on:

  • functional force

  • Mobility of the large joints

  • stable core

  • conscious, efficient breathing

The first part of the lesson is dynamic and demanding: a clearly structured flow that trains strength, coordination and endurance.
In the second part, we deliberately slow down and work with active and passive stretching to allow muscles, fascia and nervous system to regenerate.

FLOW & STRETCH is ideal for:

  • Outdoor athletes (trail running, ski touring, mountaineering, cycling, climbing…)

  • People under high physical or mental stress

  • all those who want to become more flexible, resilient and able to regenerate

This hour will help you release tension, prevent overload, and feel stronger, freer, and more balanced in the long term .

Level: Basic physical fitness is an advantage

Pilates

Core & Stability

Friday 9:00 - 10:15 Lions Pavilion Seefeld

This session is a targeted, strength-oriented training program focusing on core stability, control, and precise execution.

The focus is on activating the deep muscles –
especially the midsection. Through controlled,
Slowly performed exercises improve strength and stability.
and sustainably built up body tension.

The movements are clearly structured and technically controlled.
and deliberately executed – demanding, but easily understandable.

A special focus is placed on posture, alignment
and a stable, resilient body –
as an ideal complement to yoga, hiking and other sporting activities.

Pilates – Strength & Stability is for everyone who:

  • want to specifically work on their core

  • want to build strength and control

  • They want to improve their posture and become more stable

This session is less fluid than a yoga flow, but more precise and strength-oriented – with a clear structure and noticeable training effect.

Level: all levels – basic physical fitness is an advantage
