Service Description
This class is designed for people who are very active in their daily lives – physically or mentally – and are consciously seeking a calming counterpoint. In Slow Flow, we move slowly and with control through flowing sequences. The focus is on mobility, gentle activation, and conscious movement – without pressure to perform, without complex sequences, with time to feel. The second part of the class focuses on extensive stretching. Positions are held calmly to relieve muscles, joints, and fascia, giving the body space to regenerate. Slow Flow & Stretch is particularly suitable for anyone who: works a lot or trains regularly wants to consciously give their body balance wants to stay flexible or rediscover ease of movement This class is calm, relaxing, and yet active – ideal for stepping out of the constant "doing" and giving the body exactly what is often lacking in everyday life. Suitable for all levels. No prior experience necessary.
