About me

I am Carolin
Movement has been a part of my life since childhood.
As a former artistic gymnast, later owner of my own fitness studio and now yoga teacher & hiking guide, my approach to movement has always been characterized by body awareness, structure and precision.
CAROYOGA arose precisely from this connection:
modern yoga practice, functional movement, outdoor experiences and a clear view of what really helps people progress physically.
My approach
I don't work with extremes.
Not with the idea that it always has to be higher, faster, or harder.
But neither is the idea of simply "moving" the body gently without building real strength, stability, or flexibility.
For me, balance lies precisely in between.
Between strength and softness.
Between control and flow.
Between focus and letting go.
Between activity and regeneration.
My teaching style is modern, precise, and body-conscious.
I love clear alignment, functional movement patterns and intelligent progressions — but above all, the moments when people feel that something is really changing.
When movement becomes easier.
When mobility returns.
When the body functions better again in everyday life or during sports.
Because that's exactly what it's about for me:
not just to guide movement, but to give people something that has an effect beyond the hour.
Yoga, but in my own way
For me, yoga means no rigid concepts and no staged spirituality.
But definitely presence.
Breathing.
A connection to nature.
Energy in space.
The true experience of a moment.
Sometimes quietly.
Sometimes powerful.
Both are allowed.
I believe in movement that challenges — and at the same time creates space.
In strength AND flexibility.
Precision AND flow.
For me, modern movement doesn't mean choosing a side.
But rather to know when the body needs what.
CAROYOGA today
CAROYOGA is aimed at people who want to experience movement more consciously.
People who value quality, experience, and a modern approach to yoga and movement.
Indoors in the studio.
Out in the mountains.
Powerful times.
Calm down.
Always with the goal that movement feels good – in the body, in everyday life and beyond.
