Service Description
This class is a targeted, strength-oriented workout focusing on core stability, control, and precise execution. The focus is on activating the deep muscles – especially the core. Through controlled, slow-moving exercises, strength, stability, and body tension are built sustainably. The movements are clearly structured, technically guided, and consciously executed – challenging yet easy to follow. A special emphasis is placed on posture, alignment, and a stable, resilient body – an ideal complement to yoga, hiking, and other athletic activities. Pilates – Strength & Stability is for anyone who: • wants to work specifically on their core • wants to build strength and control • wants to improve their posture and become more stable This class is less flowing than a yoga flow, but more precise and strength-oriented – with a clear structure and noticeable training effect. Level: All levels – basic athletic fitness is beneficial

Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the start of the event. For cancellations made later than this, or in case of no-show, the full amount will be charged. Outdoor activities will only take place in suitable weather conditions. If the organizer cancels the event (e.g., due to weather conditions), the full amount will be refunded or an alternative date will be offered. Participation is at your own risk. A basic level of physical fitness and appropriate equipment are required.
