Functional Yoga is a powerful full-body workout focusing on stability, mobility, and functional movement. In this class, we combine strengthening exercises, dynamic sequences, and short, more intense bursts of activity. In addition to strength and flexibility, endurance is also specifically trained – in a controlled, efficient, and practical way. The focus is on core stability, leg and shoulder strength, and clean, precise movement. The class is varied, challenging, and clearly structured – without choreography or spiritual overtones. Functional Yoga is particularly suitable for: athletic individuals seeking an effective full-body workout anyone who wants to meaningfully combine strength, endurance, and flexibility participants who want to experience yoga in a modern, functional, and performance-oriented way This class is active, dynamic, and energetic – ideal as a midweek workout or as a complement to other sports. Suitable for all levels. Exercises are explained clearly and adapted as needed.

Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the start of the event. For cancellations made later than this, or in case of no-show, the full amount will be charged. Outdoor activities will only take place in suitable weather conditions. If the organizer cancels the event (e.g., due to weather conditions), the full amount will be refunded or an alternative date will be offered. Participation is at your own risk. A basic level of physical fitness and appropriate equipment are required.
