Service Description
For all climbers, mountaineers, ski tourers, cyclists, surfers,... My goal is to increase your performance and recovery capacity through my targeted yoga program, build more strength, and improve your breathing and focus. Flexible, stretched muscles, by the way, can be trained in a completely different way. The ability of muscles to relax after exertion also plays an important role in training. Stretching will help you enormously with this. Through yoga, it is possible to improve joint mobility, strengthen muscle tendons, and even significantly reduce or completely eliminate muscle cramps.
