This class combines powerful, functional movements with targeted mobilization and deep stretching. An active counterbalance for anyone who demands a lot – at work or in sports. The focus is on: functional strength mobility of the major joints core stability conscious, efficient breathing The first part of the class is dynamic and challenging: a clearly structured flow that trains strength, coordination, and endurance. In the second part, we deliberately slow down and work with active and passive stretching to allow muscles, fascia, and the nervous system to regenerate. FLOW & STRETCH is ideal for: Outdoor athletes (trail running, ski touring, mountaineering, cycling, climbing, etc.) People with high physical or mental demands Anyone who wants to become more flexible, resilient, and able to recover better This class will help you release tension, prevent overuse injuries, and feel stronger, freer, and more balanced in the long term without any esoteric nonsense. Level: Basic athletic fitness is recommended
