Care instructions: 30°C delicate wash, do not tumble dry

All products are lovingly handcrafted in Tyrol and carefully packaged.
I will ship your order as quickly as possible – usually within 3–5 working days after receiving payment.
For hand-knitted individual items, it may take a little longer depending on the order volume – in this case, I will of course keep you updated via email.

Shipping costs (domestic):
– Austria: €4.90 (insured shipping with tracking number)
– Free shipping on orders over €100

Shipping to EU countries:
– Germany: €8.90
– Rest of EU: €12.90

Shipping to Switzerland:
– €15.90 (Customs duties and import taxes are to be borne by the buyer)

Shipping time (estimated):
– Austria: 2–4 working days
– Germany: 3–6 working days
– Rest of EU / Switzerland: 5–10 working days

Sustainability:
I use environmentally friendly packaging materials for shipping and avoid plastic wherever possible.

Should something not fit or not meet your expectations, you can of course return your order within 14 days of receipt.

Here's how the return process works:

• Please send me a short email in advance to info@caroyoga.at with your order number and the product you wish to return.

• I confirm the return process and the return address.

• The goods must be unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging.

Please note:
– You, as the buyer, are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Personalized or specially made products (e.g., special sizes or custom-made items) are excluded from return.
– Once I have received the goods in perfect condition, the purchase price will be refunded via the originally used payment method.

Sustainability note:
I produce all pieces in small batches – please order thoughtfully and consider in advance which color or size truly suits you. This helps to avoid returns and packaging waste.
