Inside Flow

In Inside Flow, we practice a choreographed sequence to a specific song, so you sing along with your body. Some people relax to punk rock, others to classical music. The choice of music shapes you and this practice. Inside Flow features various sequences with slow, fast, upbeat, and relaxing songs, from hip hop to pop. It's a further development of Vinyasa Yoga!

 

Each class is designed to help you flow to modern music, culminating in a perfectly synchronized flow to a specific song. Based on the yogic philosophy of Spanda – the pulsation of nature – we embody Spanda through our breath and movement.
