With clear explanations, playful drills, and individual support, you'll build confidence and self-belief. Whether it's your first attempts or refining your technique – you'll go home with new skills, energy, and a big smile.
GOAL:
A secure foundation, increased body awareness, and exercises that will bring you closer to your handstand in the long term.

About CARO and her journey to the handstand.

Even as a child, I was an artistic gymnast.
spent a lot of time "upside down"
Handstands have been an integral part of my life from the very beginning. I've never completely stopped doing them.
and today it is one of my absolute favorite poses.
What do I love about it?
The handstand is an honest mirror.
Sometimes it comes easily, sometimes it challenges me.
He always shows me where I stand – physically and mentally. If I'm too much in my head, often nothing works at all.
Am I present, aligned, and focused?
It feels powerful and free.
For me, the handstand is a continuous process of development:
a process of practicing, falling, learning.
And getting up again and again.
And sometimes it's simply wonderful to turn the world upside down for a moment. 🤸♀️
