We have put together a diverse and varied program for you, and you can participate wherever you like. Here's an overview of the program: THURSDAY: Comfortable arrival at Coolnest (check-in from 3:00 PM) Welcome Yoga Class with Nicole and Caro Followed by a get-together in the hotel bar FRIDAY: Easy Morning Flow with Caro (before breakfast) Inside Flow with Nicole Smoking Workshop & Yoga with Katja and Caro Get together at Tweets & Beats Rooftop Restaurant SATURDAY: Easy Morning Flow with Caro (before breakfast) Hiking and yoga at a beautiful vantage point in the Zillertal Valley "Align To Flow" Workshop with Nicole Zirbit Yin Flow with Caro Get together in the hotel bar SUNDAY: Final group yoga session with Nicole and Caro We reserve the right to postpone or change the program, e.g., due to weather conditions. Björn and Jule will also be there. Björn is a professional photographer and will be accompanying us on the weekend. This allows you to relax and put your phone away. Included in the retreat price are a few professional souvenir photos, which we will send you digitally after the retreat. BOOKING INFORMATION: By transferring the "Yoga and Hiking Package," you secure your place at the retreat. Prices for the Yoga, Hiking, and Photography Package Early Bird Price —> until March 31, 2025 —> €480 Regular Price from April 1, 2025 —> €550 You can book your cozy nest at the reduced retreat price directly through Coolnest. Please send an email request with the code word: CAROYOGA 18. - 21.9.2025 to info@coolnest.at. It's best to also state your room preference (single or double room) so it goes a bit faster :-) There you will also receive all the information about what is included in the room rate. There is no half board at Coolnest, but a rich breakfast buffet and then a delicious afternoon snack with soups, salads, cakes, pastries, and much more, where you can really fill up. The hotel has the rooftop restaurant Tweets, which is open from 12 noon to midnight. So you can always get something to eat there. The food in the restaurant is not included in the room rate.
