Arm Balance Essential Workshop

Time to grow!
In this workshop we will look at the basic principles of arm balances,
like the crow, handstand & Co. Step by step we take a close look at all the important preliminary exercises for a safe arm balance practice and feel our way forward in a playful way in order to "take off" with ease and joy and to practice various inversions and their modifications together.

After the workshop, you will have a better understanding of what is important in arm balances and how to master challenging inversions in the best possible way for your body and mind.

  • - Various arm balances and their modifications

  • - Safe and effective alignment principles

  • - Playful partner exercises, exercises with yoga blocks and on the wall
